The American Federation of Teachers’ New Hampshire chapter has filed a federal lawsuit in attempts of blocking the state’s Critical Race Theory ban in schools.
The teacher’s union claims that the law violates First Amendment rights and will open teachers up to losing their licenses simply for teaching.
The New Hampshire governor, however, strongly disagrees.
